NAMASTE YOGINIS!

Hope this letter finds you in good health - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We have to take care of so many levels of our being, and Yoga is the key!

We are in mid-winter now, looking forward to the traditional GroundHog that will tell us how long we have to wear our Long Johns!

Keeping our body, mind & spirit limber, here is the
Yoga & Meditation Schedule for the next several months:

In my Islandia Home Studio
Evenings: Monday at 7 -- Thursday at 7 -- Friday at 6
Saturday mornings at 10:30 AM
Private Instruction by Appointment.

Please remember I teach Cardiac Yoga for heart patients; Restorative Yoga for students who are recovering from illness, surgery or just feel blah! Pre-Natal Yoga classes can be scheduled if 5 women sign up.

Please Note: NO CLASSES on Friday & Saturday Jan 16 &17 OR Monday, Jan 19th. The last week in Feb. I will be at the Sivananda Yoga Retreat, Paradise Island, Bahamas from Sunday Feb. 22 to Saturday Feb. 28, in a Meditation Hut on the beach. Anyone wishing to join me, call 631-348-7199 and I will give you the particulars.

HAUPPAUGE ADULT ED CLASSES START MONDAY - MARCH 1:

Beginners: 6 PM to 7:30
Intermediate/Advanced: 7:30 to 9:00 PM

SILENT MEDITATION:

FULL MOON - Saturday night March 6 - 8:00 pm

LAUGHING MEDITATION:
