YOGA FOR SENIORS

Want to join a Yoga class designed for challenged adults and seniors where you will learn proper Yogic breathing, postures that stretch all parts of your body that need stretching, followed by relaxation and brief meditation?

The class will be taught by a Master Yogi, Grace Welch, who has been teaching Classical Hatha Yoga for over 40 years. She started her personal practice when she was 50 years old, and celebrated her 94th Birthday last November 2018.
