CORPORATE YOGA - I am pleased to announce that I have started to teach Yoga to employees of THE NEW YORK DAILY NEWS in Manhattan on Tuesday evenings. If you would like to encourage your employer to include Yoga in the firm's physical and mental health program, please give me a call.

WELCH WELLNESS CENTER, in addition to Yoga, Relaxation and Meditation, now offers the following, by appointment:

CAROTOMAX - I must sing the praises of this new Shaklee product. It combines a variety of the phytonutrients and antioxidants believed to be responsible for some of the health benefits of fruits and vegetables* Among the most potent of these phytonutrients are colorful plant pigments, known as carotenoids and flavonoids, that can help protect human cells from free radical damage.* New science suggests that each of these pigments helps maintain the health of different parts of the body, including the EYES, heart, lungs, prostate, and cervix.* I capitalized the eyes, because since I have been taking CarotoMax for the past two months, I find that I do not need my glasses to read the newspaper or magazines, and unless I am settling down with a novel, or protracted reading, I don't reach for my glasses. This was indeed helpful during my recent trip to Italy, when I had to consult timetables and travel schedules. Any one interested in the science and Shaklee reports behind this new product, call me. 631-348-7199 or email welchyog@unix.asb.com.

I wish you good health and happiness,

Sincerely,
